3M Underbody Schutz Coating 08861 is a thick, asphalt-based product ideal for vehicle underbody coating to give both rust proofing & sound deadening properties.

3M Shutz black textured finish and comes in a 1 litre bottle

Flexible when dry with excellent one-coat coverage

Touch dry in 1 hour and does not sag and is not over paintable

Various textures can be achieved by altering spray technique

 A bituminous / rubber thixotropic coating that provides excellent anticorrosive and stone chip protection.

Perfect adhesion with permanent elasticity.

Applied on the underneath parts of the carbody only.

Can be diluted with thinner (reducer) at 10-20%.

Cannot be overpainted.
